D1.1 PreQualified SMAW WPS - CJP Groove

This is a code compliant, completed AWS D1.1 PreQualified SMAW WPS.

This WPS is for the SMAW of CJP Groove Welds.

This file includes 16 CJP Groove Weld joint configurations from AWS D1.1

This form is filled out with SMAW E7018 variables, all that is required is to fill out the company information in the header, and you are able to deploy it for reviews, and application for welding.

This procedure is compliant to AWS D1.1 PreQualified requirements.

This WPS is applicable to carbon steel Groups I & II:

• Ironworkers: Structural Steel

• Pipefitters: Structural supports for piping

• Boilermakers: Structural applications

• Electricians: Structural supports for cable trays
